Yes in the future I plan on doing challenge templates and letting people set up challenges themselves.

Mostly for fun and for a 60 seconds challenge I wanted to attempt myself. 

"What is the purpose of the app?"

I made it for game challenges but it can be used for a lot of other things!

"Is there a downloadable version?" 

Yes! There is a windows, mac, android, and linux version.
